Banned from a street in Huddersfield without committing a crime

Today i was awoken by the police at my door again. This time it was to tell me that i wasnt to go near or on Lawrence Road, Marsh. I also had to tell my brother he was not allowed near either, that there would be a police presence and if we were seen we would be locked up.

I rang my solicitor after a long argument about how they can stop me when i havent committed a crime and they dont seem to have reason. Anyway after lots of calls it has now become apparent that Craig Meehan (Paedo who lived with Karen Mathews/ Shannon Mathews) has been moved onto that road.

Firstly, what the fuck has that got to do with me? I wouldnt of ever known if they hadnt turned up this morning. Secondly, what the fuck are they doing moving that cunt within 200yrds of my sons nursery?

That's weird. The above poster may have a point... how is he out and re-homed already? Perhaps they're not so subtly asking for some vigilante justice.

Is that street in your area then? If they're going to seal off part of your own area to you for no reason, can you stop paying council tax? Or kick up a fuss and ask for money off? Why should you pay for the upkeep of a street you can't visit, for something you've never done!?
