I bet that wouldnt happen with a company like caged steel or someone like that.

Christmas I ask the misses for a couple of silver star tees or jaco but not sure. she a real tapout nut hugger.

Previously, I had ordered a gi bag a few months back, think i paid about £40 for it.

After a month i noticed that the material around the main zipper was begining to fray. Not wanting to make a fuss i decided to see what would happen and over the past week the material (nylon i think) has completely come away from the zip meaning the bag does not close making it pretty useless.

I sent an email at the start of the week to Black Eagle and explained the problem requesting a replacement or a credit note.

To my surprise I received a single line response from a gentleman by the name of Graham Mudd i believe, stating that as i had had the bag for some time (several months) there was nothing he could do.

Im completely surprised by the response, i expected a lot more from a local business looking to establish themselves.

Without wanting to seem unreasonable, under the sale of goods act, the product should be fit for the purpose of its stated use, i.e. a gi bag. I must have used the bag 20 times and it is now completely unfit for the use i purchased it for.

I have seen numerous posts under the name of 'Black Eagle' and having read them in the past, thought they seemed like reasonable people.

Come on Black Eagle, this is particularly unreasonable behaviour.

My email address is juliantma@hotmail.com, I'd appreciate a response.
    Sue them dude!!!

lol, the missus is a solicitor so my legal fees wont be too high!

I think i will post until Black Eagle respond and then decide what to do then.

Anyone heard of Grab and Pull? Great MMA gear shop and fantastic customer service, so much so the owner hand delivered an item because of an error!

    Come on Black Eagle......

I've got a couple of things early due to needing them asap, a Koral rashguard and a pair of Fumetsu Knee Pads. I should also be getting Jiu Jitsu University on Xmas day.

Not really directly related to BJJ but i asked for a weighted vest for strength and conditioning. I just hope my pull-up bar can handle the extra weight, already had one accident; dont need another one.
