Default Would the Scottish UFC fans cheer the British fighters?

Do you think Bisping would get the reception he does in England if he was fighting up in Scotland?

Oh good, that's the way it should be.

In Dublin (I know its not Britain) Hathaway got boo'd really badly against Egan which was pretty lame to see. Then again, Egan was the hometown boy and it was probably just in reaction to being his opponent.

Might be different if it was a scottish fighter v an english fighter though, but thats a long way off imo.

well i think that it was partly due to Egan being a hometown lad and also the lay people in ireland are quite anti british in alot of ways...but i dont think there was any harm meant against hathaway, i was there, people just got a bit over excited!

I think bisping would get a good reception anywere in the uk, people in mma seem to forget their regional/cultural differences which is good!

Who do you think might be the best hope for a Scotish fighter in the UFC (most of the fighters I know are below the 70k division, so UFC isn't an option)

Graham Turner at LW, 21 yrs old 13-5-1 pro record, Just started training like a pro in the last 6 months, most of his record was built on him training 3 times a week around work and playing football. His age is his best quality kids super keen to improve and fight the best and he has tons of tim and good people around him

Alan Love at MW 6-0 will definatley make an impression on the UK scene nxt year, successful in BJJ comps and thai fights this year as well, ever improving and the gamest fighter in scotland.

John Quinn 7-0 WW been awesome this year again, will be dropping down to LW next year and should make an impact on the uk scene. Super well rounded, really intelligent and disciplined fighter who should be on more peoples radars but his quiet nature means he isnt as well known as he should be.

Other than that me and paul when our steriods arrive.
