The most dangerous thing I've ever been taught is when someone shoots for a double leg and you get an underhook and sprawl, leaving their head in, then you throw with the underhook. You end up with them on their back and you in side control with their nearside arm around you, the other arm hooked and their head outside with your base switched. It's a mad neck crank and you have to be super careful. Kind of like a brutal full nelson.
