    The most dangerous thing I've ever been taught is when someone shoots for a double leg and you get an underhook and sprawl, leaving their head in, then you throw with the underhook. You end up with them on their back and you in side control with their nearside arm around you, the other arm hooked and their head outside with your base switched. It's a mad neck crank and you have to be super careful. Kind of like a brutal full nelson.

    is that the cement mixer? mike our old wrestling coach taught us that off the sprawl but also showed it from standing, was pretty nasty
