Thread: Any in London interested in no gi rolling?

  1. #1

Default Any in London interested in no gi rolling?

Just putting this out there to see if theres interest.
I train 99.9% in a gi, which is great for technique but I want to concentrate on grappling/no gi this year.
Are there people interested in meeting up on say a Saturday morning somewhere in London for a casual, friendly roll?
No instruction or egos, just guys commioted to training hard, wanting to learn from each other, try new stuff out and rolling with different people, all no gi.

It makes no difference where or who you train/fight with/for, as I say egos and club patches stay at the door.

Let me know and if there are enough people interested, I can arrange something.

PS: i train at Roger Gracie Ladbrooke Grove and am not suggesting anyone trains there or does this instead of their usual training. This is some extra curricular training essentially for fun
    Cheers!

I can do some if you want. Depends on what else is happening Saturday mornings!

    ...if that's okay?

    Take care,

Would love to, but I suspect you'd really be looking for guys who are already at a reasonable level?

I'm still very much a BJJ beginner.

It doesn't matter what level you're at. The wider the mix of experience, the better IMO.
The only way anyone will improve is by training and learning, which is why I want to do it. DM me your name/number bro and I'll let you know when we get something arranged. If theres enough interest, maybe start in a couple of weeks time. We'll see.
