groin guards

I need a good groin guard. Ive used standard ones but broken them all lol!

so what im asking is what are the best ones you can buy and where can i purchase them?

UFC one is pretty good actually. But if you dont mind paying money the jaco one is really good

The Jaco one rocks, staps for the guard, so you can keep it locked down, comfy too! compression shorts to keep it all even snugger! if that makes sense? hhaha

and you get thigh pads too, for training etc, and replacement ones.. the best money spent ever!!

I could not get on with the UFC ones, the cup kept moving, and was always trying to adjust it.

Shock doctor flex cup jock is also very comfy too, and reliable!

but Jaco all the way for me!!! go get em! you wont be dissapointed!

if you cant get hold of the one that Paul Jenkins suggested (lol

) then i would recommend Shock Doctor compression shorts with the carbon cup that fits in mate, its the best ive ever used and in the past ive had big problems with choosing cups cos i cant get on with them!
