Personally I like the shock doc compression shorts (I got em cheap mind...), although I know a few people who dont.

haha yea that one that was suggested was awesome fair play!!

i ordered the sandee groin box it was only 15quid and with it being january i had to settle for that one due to being totally skint from christmas!!

I also heard that the shock doctor one is good I train with a few boys that giot them and they told me the are awesome and may get one as soon as i get some money! i need something reliable lol!!

I just got the Jaco comp shorts with cup for xmas will let you know how i get on with them later on in the week as Leices shoot re opens this week

Used the Jaco shorts and cup today did MMA inc sparring and then a jits class and had a quick roll to. Found it fine for everything maybe slightly more awkward to roll in but its not as bad as i was expecting.

they work so well as you can position the cup tighter or looser with the 5 velcro bondage straps! lol

once you get that right you never really have to adjust throughout training. awesome, I got the shock doc ones but they similar to the ufc ones, just way too much movement! lock it down! awesome!
