B.J. Penn and Jeff Joslin Guard Passing Videos

While on my travels in 2008 i had the opportunity to go and train with
Canadian U.F.C. fighter and BJJ Black Belt Jeff Joslin in Hamilton,Ontario,Canada.

I had a great time there and learnt some cool stuff from Jeff who is
an Alliance Black Belt.It was a real privilege training with his team,
they have a great work ethic and a superb gym.I trained both Gi and No Gi
while i was there.

Recently a video was posted on You Tube of guard passes that BJ Penn uses
in his MMA fights and there were some really interesting details.

Jeff decided to film a You Tube Instructional which breaks and details BJ's
passes with all the details.
