Thread: 27 too old to start and do well in mma or bjj?

Default 27 too old to start and do well in mma or bjj?

I've been a fan for years but never gave it a go myself. I used to do TKD when until I was about 22 but nothing since then. I'd be interested in doing grappling more than anything though now. But is 27 a bit too old to start? I think i'd want to eventually compete so i've got something to train for.
