Mon: 6:00pm till 7:30pm (MMA Striking) Cost £5

Mon: 7:30pm till 9:00pm (Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

Tue: 12:30pm till 4:30pm (Pro Boxing) Cost £3)

Wed: 6:00pm till 7:30pm (MMA Striking) Cost £5

Wed: 7:30pm till 9:00pm (Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

Thur: 12:30pm till 4:30pm (Pro Boxing) Cost £3

Fri: 7:30pm till 9:00pm (Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

Sat: 10:00am till 12:00pm (Pro Boxing) Cost £3

Sat: 1:00pm till 2:30pm (Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

All session have sparring. Its up to you if you want to spar or not.
