    Hi!

Having been sponsored by one of the UK's biggest supplement companies in the past, and then by one of the world's largest, I've been privy to information as to the testing into the effectiveness of the legal 'fat burning' products that are sold.

In particular to those regular users of fat burners, and the suppliers, can anyone provide me with any testing carried out on them as to their effectiveness, and how much they contribute to fat loss?

    Cheers,

    Smiler

They do work as a fat burner...they Are illegal, ive taken t5 many of times as a fat loss aid but only for a week at a time as a kick start back into training, I find they work extremely well and have only experienced slight side effects. After training I am buzzing and very alert, which wad good for me as I usrd to work right after training at nite. Also get wizz dick which isnt gud if ur gna see the missus aftet training haha. Saying this many ppl I know have had strong side effects and felt off their head and anxious. Keep it to a minimum if u decide to take these, like 1 a day, 2 MAX! And dont take for a prolonged period of time

Can anyone give me a bit of a summary about them. I hear conflicting reports about their safety etc

    Many Thanks
