    Default Boxing Classes @ Next Generation Liverpool MMA Gym

    Hi guys

    Just a quick note to let you everyone know that there is now a Boxing class on a Saturday morning every week at Next Generation between 11 and 12. The classes are being taught by Chris Firth who runs the 051 Boxing Gym and has coached 3 world champions, 7 ABA champions and many other professional amd amateur boxers.
