    I visited the club yesterday
    it definately has a lot of facilities
    I don't know what the Thai teaching is like as I was doing MMA stuff but it looks like a cool gym.

    I went there a few years ago and it only had about 3 bags which I thought was odd.
    Also there was a urinal in the changing room which I thought was disgusting.
    This was a fews back so it may have improved.

    The gym is twice the size it was when you where last there.

    Changing rooms are quite primitive but it is a fight gym not a health club!!
