MMA / Judo classes in Caerphilly area???

Does anyone know of any clubs for the above in the above area???
I am willing to travel, but the closer it is, the better

I would like to start both if possible.
Any information would be helpful, websites, contacts anything.

Competative Judo club trains out of the Rec. Give them a call at the rec for details.

Higher level judo at Sophia gardens. Not a lot in Newport worth writing home about.

Thanks for the replys, regarding the Judo down the rec i rang there today and they said they dont do Judo there?

Sophia Gardens has Judo and BJJ and Wrestling which isn't that far from you really. Also, there were a few Judo clubs around Pontypridd/Rhydfelin way and another in Llantrisant.. i'll try and fiind out for youu
