Going to faversham Judo next week, my back seems to have healed!...never done it before, but its ran by 6th dan Trevor Davis so looking well forward to getting started.

you're not wrong mate, luckliy they were only just back from Belgium so didn't stay on to train Pedro's BJJ class (they were however grappling with Bungee ropes tied to them when we turned up!!!)

Sheeesh that clip just showed me how little i know about judo.I always use the uchi mata and get it but ive been doing it wrong the entire time.Those guy are truly masters of their art.
