    how many reps would you recomend to improve strengh and endurance at each equipment

    wow! that's waaay to vague.. c'mon now duntt be an arsebag.

    you'll get some very good help here.. so long as you ask questions that are provided with a little more detail.

    What are your specific goals?.. Strength and Endurance is too vague.
    More Endurance for Boxing? Running? Strength for Wrestling? Grappling?

    any more info what so ever would help.

    im just starting mma,for the last 5 year ive just bin doing heavy weightlifting and need to change my reps to suit fighting in mma.

    Strength = 1-4 Max Effort Reps.
    Endurance = Resistance based Circuits for Round Time. (Med Slams, DB Swings, Snatches, Pads, etc)

    Strength should be low reps. I usually do 3-4 reps with 2-3 mins recovery between sets and typically 5 sets. Concentrate on compund movements such as bench press, deadlift, squats etc. For endurance, I usually mix up my routines and work for 5 mins to simulate round time. Barbell complexes are good for developing endurance. Check out Randy Couture complex on YouTube.
