How he is doing them isnt hard at all. he has his leg's all sprawld out witch makes it allot easier. Practice for a week and u will have them.
Its a "parkour" variation on a gymnastics conditioning move called a side lever.
Just to prove my point it isnt anything special, heres a 8 year old doing them.
