Mat Cover for JIu Jitsu Room
Yo guys.
After 3 years of constant usage the judo mats we have at the Griphouse gym are getting battered. As opposed to replacing the lot im looking for something to cover them as they function well but look a bit crappy..
Anyone had any experience with any PVC taurpaulin companies or anything like that.
Any help appreciated.

Ebay is your best bet m8 got mine off there and have never looked back, I dident go for the PVC as it was WELL dear! I brought a heavy duty tarp 350gms ( I think ) and a year on and its still fine ( tad lighter in shade ) but holding up well to x4 lessons a week . cost me £70

Speak to my instructor Nick Brooks - he got the new academy at Mill Hill covered with sail cloth or something. It was quite a major purchase though.

have a look on the EFN forum Creely had a thread on there, can't remember where we ordered the vinyl cover from for his gym but it was awesome.
im sure that i seen ur sbg counter part..John Kavanagh posting about having his mats covered..
Maybe he could be ur first port of call?
Not sure where Chris got the stuff from for our gym but I know it's awesome and defo worth covering your mats even if they're good condition. Makes cleaning them much easier and looks better too (although that's obviously a minor concern).
Is the tarp stuff noisy? I saw another gym with it any every time someone moved it was rustling. May have been really thin though.Originally Posted by rjd

defo get a custom pvc one paul, either with a big griphouse logo on it or preferably 'mainsy is a cunt' right across the middle.
