    excellent clip..thanx..

    dont necessarily agree with his lift weights everyday speech tho..

    ev1 is differant imvho..

    I like his idea of having good form in your movements.I do 90 varied push up's a day and some squats.I do 3 sets of 30 sometimes 4,I have had good results.What I like about it is that it takes me about 6min to do the push ups which is nothing.In doing so I dont put much strain on my body and gain a gradual increase in strength and its easy.But Im not knowledgeable on strength training
    The nutrition thing is true though,out of all the people I have spoken and articles I've read it always comes down to eating unprocessed and raw food.
