I have a lad (15) who has been training at my club for a while now. He's tough, promising, dedicated and talented.

Hes desperate to get in to a bit of competition but in my mind his age is prohibitave of the nature of it.

Im thinking about plonking him in some TMA comps, so he can fight semi contact against fighters of different styles with different strengths and weaknesses, while still building competition experience.

Anyone have any advice? Or info of suitable comps in the South West, or of Junior MMA leagues in the UK?
