    Mate, it's either be "that guy" or walk around with half a veggie patch on the sides of ya heed!!

    I know a lot of guy's treat them as badges of honour and that and trust me, I'm not dissing them in the slightest, but I know that given the choice, I'd prefer to not have them.

    haha, point taken.

    I have the next few days off so I'm going to see if the swelling goes down and stuff, if not I may consider investing in a pair

    Just another tip for you, when you feel them start (ie immediately!!) start squeezing them and pinching them, it's worked for me so far and a few of my training partners do it too!!

    Just remembered that!!
