Flexibility and control of body movement would be the main crossover stuff I think. Plus the other stuff like his obvious commitment to hard training, general athletic ability and conditioning etc (which would come from being good at any sport).

One more final question Mr Geddes
Roughly how many hours do you put in per week in regards to training and how much of it is devoted to technical training ie drills and how much of it is focused on rolling. Also do you lift weights ?
