So I have this body composition device, tells you bodyfat %, muscle mass %. bmr, weight and your body water %.

Now, your body water percentage should be 60 - 70%, right?

Mine is 54%. I drink 4 or 5 litres of water a day, always have, and I never feel the symptoms of dehydration, plus; my urine is always clear.

Any opinions? is the "60 - 70% optimum hydration level" a myth? am I just weird?, am I really dehydrated and just don't know about it?
