Dont be affraid to roll with the best guys in the class even when u get tapped every 10 secs, they helped me improve realy fast and it makes you realy work on a great defence.

Yea you should do kickboxing and mauy Thai we have this 6 foot 5 about 70kg lad in our gym and he jus blasts everyone with his kicks and knees it looks good to watch
