    Jot down any drills you learn for future reference.. I did a kickboxing grading last week and they asked us to do some drills we did about 2 years ago which I had totally forgot! Always good to keep a little record so that you can occasionally glance back through to keep things fresh.

    Im doing the same with submission wrestling at the moment, keeping a little note book of techniques ive learned.

    i remember my first lesson, it took me ages to get used to some simple stuff, i sucked however i didnt stop going. thats my advice.

    Thanks, that's what i am worried about .. in case i go and completely suck at it.
