    Smile The bjj commandments

If you could give a formula to getting good in bjj what would it be?

Mine would be train hard but not too hard that you overtrain

Take notes if you can video cam your instructors moves for the day

when sparring try to do the moves you have spent the previous 30 mins drilling

try to come on time: this prevents injurie as it ensures your warmed up

dont compare your self to others

    dont chase belts

compete ( you learn a lot from your losses)

    LISTEN

    ENJOY

    WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESS

cross train do something eles one day a week (swimming etc)

    train judo or wrestling etc

    Last but not least SMASH

It's a derogatory term used in Brazil for someone who switches to a rival team.
Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology.

I based it on the Catholic ten commandments... it's "Neither shall you commit adultery"

    That explains it... lol
