Unless you have done alot of grip work before or narturally have a very strong crushing grip you would be best to start with a 1.5 or a 2 at most. If these are too easy you can always do static timed holds and strap holds etc or higher reps. You can always use the number 3 for cheat closes but this will be tough on your hands.
i think mine is a 1 , which is still pretty tough!
Thanks for the posts....dammit they have sent me a 3 lol, we shall have fun trying to close that fucker then![]()
aparently you need to be the t-1000 to close the 3
^^ kin hell mate your not wrong there i cant close it with both hands, never mind it will be fun at parties offering 50£ to anyone who can close it , i should have got a 2 but what the hell nothing ventured and all that , it just goes to show that the "heavy grip 250" is , in reality a "not do heavy grip 150", these CoC grippers are hard as fook, gonna get myself a number 2 and press on with that.
I will give it a razz soon detox. Forearm destruction. Raaaaa!
"Awww, so you lost darling - but it's the taking part that counts" My Mum... thanks for nothing Mum.
