I've not trained under him before. I believe that he is down in London at RGA. I train under Lucio Sergio.

Yeah, so it's probably just the deal that Lagarto promotes you and generally it will be at a seminar. I'm sure if you train with him at any other points you could be promoted.

Same thing happens with us in Swansea. Braulio grades us so it usually happens at seminars. However, people have also been promoted while they've been in a regular class up in Birmingham.
