    Default Cherry Active

I am wanting to introduce Cherry Active into my diet. Am I better off with the one-a-day capsules or the concentrated liquid alternative? It's just the price difference is massive. 60 capsules for around 20 quid whereas a month's supply of the juice is around 25 quid. I would obviously prefer to pay 10 pound a month and take the capsules but would consider taking the juice if it's worth it?

    Any help greatly appreciated!

I drink green tea and have a well balanced diet already. The apparent muscle recovery benefits interested me, have you tried it and experienced no real benefit?

Their is no logic or science behind it. It's boderline snake oil IMO.

If it was of any value, olympic level athletes would use it and non just 2nd tier MMA fighters who are piad to endorse it.

If you already have a good diet and want better recovery, I'd recommend ZMA.
