    Default running programme.

hello people, so here is the the thing i run four miles before thai boxing training so five times a week. my question is a couple of the pro fighters run twice a day morning and night i personally feel this is to much i.e overtraining. Im personally thinking of moving my running to the morning so im fresh for pads and bag work in the evening. what are your thoughts on laying a good running programme out i no thai boxing running is a big thing and in thai land most gyms run twice, it just seems over load to me most boxers who i speak to say they only run once a day. Also when is best to include interval and sprint work into the equation how long does it take for your body to adapt to the added stress.

sorry for the long post just if any of you guys who compete thai or boxing would be great to see what you do.

    cheers.

I run in the morning for 20 minutes before breakfast and work, train 7-8 and then 20 minutes after my tea has settled about 9:40-10 at night and I don't feel like i'm over training at all. Do whatever feels comfortable to you dude.
