On the mend, apparently in needs to be splinted for another couple of weeks so as soon as its off i'll be back.

Hmm taking a turning kick sweetly to the temple from phil and still standing . I was seeing stars and the rest i might add hahaha.

Awesome first session back last night. I had a wee twinge in the knee in bed but think its just getting used to the movement again. The rust was showing last night but just like a car you fill the cracks, give it a Tcut and its as good as new
