Posture (on top) - hips. Think deadlift/squat/lunge movements. Head up. Grips are important.

Grips - tight but not squeezing too hard to tire your hands. Pistol or hook on sleeves/trousers, learn both, you will probably favour one. Always fight to win the grip battle. Don't let them get a good grip on you... ever. Always look for two good grips on them.

Hip movement - practice it as much as possible. Don't think there are any shortcuts you're gonna get from reading something here.

Pressure - takes a long time to learn it properly I think. I am still working hard on it.

    Posture - never lose it.

Grips - pistol wont break your fingers, its a personal choice generally i take whichever is easiest to get at the time.

Hip movement - shrimp and use them to help counter act someone breaking posture or visa vera use them to break someones posture.

    pressure - SMASH!!!!!

but im only a white belt :P

Hook grip doesn't break your fingers... just dislocates them!
