Saenchai Sor Kingstar - Awesome fighter of this time. His style is incorporating in the old styles as well, with some of the old kicks and movements that are rarely used anymore. I think its great to watch and it also is very hard to fight somebody like that.
How you expect to run with the wolves come night when you spend all day sparring with the puppies
Namsaknoi and Bovy are my fav Thais
Rungravee (Dom) Sasiprapa is gonna be awesome, still young has a really aggressive style i love watching
To come out of the UK - Ronnie Green
I second sor kingstar, he's really small but has a teep from hell !

Saenchai and Ramon Dekkers (I know he's not thai but still awesome).
saw pajonsuk fight a couple times on samui this year and even though it wasnt full thai rules, the guy was amazing so he is top of my list.

Just to back up my opinion, theres plenty of videos of him. That one is my fav that i could find. Musics a bit shit, but videos good. His style, power and movement look so natural. The teep can move tectonic plates by the looks of it lol. His balance and feet allow him to throw 3 or 4 at a time, which is very effective to put his opponent on the back foot and get them on the ropes, following it up with a barrage of well placed punches and kicks. Phenomenal fighter. If anybody could post training videos or fight videos of their favourites where possible.
I'll sticky the thread if it gets plenty of videos of big names of thai boxing.
