    I have trained a bit with Allan Goes and he is a beast, takedowns, top game, guard, submissions and of course good conditioning just like any Carlson Gracie guy.
    He has been around forever, and I know what you mean by a tight choke, I had a bruised trachea for 2 weeks from one of Allan's chokes. lol!
