It sounds good, true, but a lot of that is Jargon; all the amino acids, vitamins and minerals that it talks about are found in ALL proteins, as protein is made up of amino acids and all foods contain vitamins and minerals.
All whey protein has a high bio-availability, hence why it's so popular as a bodybuilding supplement; this merely is how fast the body absorbs and uses the protein content. The highest bio-availability of any foods, as far as I'm aware, is egg white.
It's kinda like saying "This apple is enriched with a readily absorbed natural carbohydrate which won't cause blood sugar fluctuation, aswell as many vitality boosting vitamins and minerals" which, technically is true, but in plain English it's just an apple with the things all apples contain
It is cheap and does contain the 2 basic things you need; Protein and Carbohydrate, so there's nothing wrong with using it, but it's not some shining knight of the supplement industry by any means
