Default Team Quest Head Coach Robert Follis shows a nasty armbar!

Hey people, Team Quest Head Coach Robert Follis took a few minutes after a seminar to demonstrate a nasty armbar setup that can be used for grappling or even better in mma! Check it out at www.jiujitsukingdom.wordpress.com. I hope you like it and please feel free to leave a comment!

Used to use this position a lot. Then saw how effect it could be when Tanswell showed it to me as the "Skull Ride" lol. He taps you with the position simply by pulling up on the far elbow. I don't use it much now, it's a bit nasty.
