i have experience with promoting wrestling shows for over 10 years, and with this it is very easy to recruit wrestlers for shows thanks to all the networking possibilities

unfortunately i have no contacts within the mma industry, how easy would it be to recruit fighters for an amateur show, a top class ring and show quality would be high and a professionally qualified medical team in place, but what other assurances would the fighters need?
