    Default can you use judo throws in grappling competitions?

    hey all,
    im entering the west midlands grappling competition in april as a novice and was just wondering if i can use judo throws to get into the ground work?
    as i cant get any anwers from the competition organisers and its my first comp i wana make sure i cover all bases and know wot i can and cant do!!

    if its the one in perdiswell on the 18th then yes!
