Is the Northern Cartel still just Quannum and Colosseum?
Does Quannum have its own forum? (I know Colosseum is)
If the answer to both questions is yes, is there still a need for this forum?
This is a genuine question. Clearly if the Cartel is bigger or likely to expand in the future, or if Quannum doesn't have its own forum elsewhere, this forum still has a purpose, but it doesn't seem to be used much these days
