Only proper wrestling (Greco / freestly) I know of in Cardiff is Tuesday at the WIS (which I've sent you details of).

If you are looking for no-gi BJJ or submision wrestling the day time no-gi class at Pedro Bessa Cardiff is currently on hold (as Pedro in Brazil) and Leo travels from london for the evening clases.

Dogs of war in Penarth will do submissions and ground fighting for MMA also.

Gracie Barra Cardiff under Chris Rees has 3 classes a week. Chris is decent at wrestling too, he's trained a lot with the Trojans wrestling coach. No wrestling classes though, but he could do one-on-ones.

http://www.graciebarraswansea.co.uk - it's all on there (Swansea and Cardiff clubs).

The guys from Newport MMA train at Alan's wrestling class on Tuesday and after the bjj classes on Monday and Thursday; they will be able to point you in the direction of some extra submission wrestling classes.
