    Hi,

    My sister is looking for a ladies only kickboxing class in london, anyone know of any good ones.

    Around zone 1 would be good

    we do a ladies thai only class on a saturday - lady instructor/s too

    we are in Limehouse next to Limehouse DLR station so very easy to get to

    also can arrange one to one privates with Pro Female World Champion Claire Haigh (WPMF 63.5kg Champ) at the gym too.....
