hey guys, for those in the Worcester area we have the best coach the UK and Europe has to offer - his name is RONNIE MANN (http://www.ronniemann.co.uk) a veteran of Cage Rage, Cage Gladiators and now fighting under the Sengoku promotion with a 17-2-1 record he is our head coach at Trojan Free Fighters Worcester.
We hold 6 classes a week as follows:
Monday: 19:30 - 21:00 MMA (Ground fighting) - RONNIE MANN
Tuesday: 18:00 - 19:00 Ju-Jitsu NO GI - PAUL SEVERN
19:00 - 20:30 Fit to Fight MMA Conditioning - DAN RICHARDS
Wednesay: 19:00 - 20:30 MMA (Stand Up fighting) - RONNIE MANN
Saturday: 10:00 - 11:00 Ju-Jitsu (Submission fighting) - ITALO FERREIA
11:00 - 12:00 Ju-Jitsu NO Gi (Submission fighting) - ITALO FERREIA
£6.00 per session
£10.00 for 2 classes per week
£45.00 membership per month for 3 classes per week
Classes are open to all abilities.

Head Coach: Simon McGovern and Dave Carnell.
Dave Carnell is a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Carlos Lemos Jr), and a Senior Full-Instructor in JKD/Muay Thai and Southeast Asian martial arts. Dave has well over 30 years experience as a full-time martial arts instructor.
Simon McGovern is a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Lucio "Lagarto" Rodrigues), a Freestyle Wrestling and MMA coach as well as a Full-Instructor in JKD/Muay Thai and Southeast Asian martial arts.
BJJ & Submission Wrestling Competition Highlights:
Gracie Invitational Gold medalist 2006 (Blue belt).
Gracie Invitational Gold medalist 2008 (Purple belt).
Kent Open Silver medalist 2008 (Purple belt).
British Open No-Gi Silver medalist (Elite Class).
MMA:
6-2-2 Amateur.
4-0-0 Semi-Pro.
Fully equiped facility. 2 floors, pro shop, weight room 2 x matted areas 10 heavy bags, changing rooms.
The MMA Team within the gym is currently in development with fighters due to be available in 2011. Further information can be requested from via our new site within the next 2 months.

We teach MMA, BJJ and WRESTLING. We have a 20ft cage, big matted area, kettle bells, sand bags and full wieghts gym.
Instructors
xandinho is a BJJ BB and experienced competitor in MMA and BJJ, he comes to the club every few months to guide the students through techniques. Also we make regular trips BST in Northhampton to trian with him.
Jagpaul Plaha BJJ (purple belt 3 strips) and MMA coach.( also takes wrestling class on occassion very experianced in all 3 areas of MMA.
