Btw, who are Kaobons and Rough House's wrestling coaches? I know Rough House are not actually a gym but who are the trainers they all use.

Top 5- London Shoot, Kaobon, Rough House, Wolfslair.. not sure on the other one, but those 4 I think are the best.

I think wolfslair will have something to say about the wrestling..

Over the next while im sure that u will see a vast improvement in the wrestling range..

That's not to say the other gyms are bad, we have some amazing gyms in England now it's great.

I'm thinking Rampage at Wolfslair is probably a pretty good guy to be wrestling? Everyone was pretty impressed with Dave Faulkner's wrestling on TUF as well. I've always been impressed with the wrestling of guys like Jimmy and Daley from RH as well.

As Widge says, Kaobon have guys from the British Olympic wrestling team to train with - I don't consider the top gyms to have 'weaknesses' in any one area, although some obviously have certain strengths.

People keep mentioning Rampage, but how long does he actually spend at the Wolfslair??

I assume its only a brief time at fight camp before each fight as he doesn't live here??

    In that order for me

If i could train with any of those it would be Kaobon over Rough House purely because i'm a small guy and they seem to have the cream of the crop there
I think Tian doesn't worthwith this position.
