    Default Question

Can you tell me what this rule means '7. No wrestling.' ? Surely wrestling has the best no gi takedowns and is used by most people for their takedowns? How is this being enforced or have I got the wrong end of the shitty stick?

but how do you define wrestling, simple terms please I've been out all night. Are they seperate rules? Is it run as a different comp? I really should be in bed now, ready to train harder for lee's show.

I see now, I just thought they were rules for the standing part of the mma show.

    Thumbs down

fuck me i didnt think we'd have to wear shin/instep pads, fucking hell. i agree with amateur for this but definitly not semi pro. IMOA some of the rules stink too, no heel hooks-toe holds-neck cracks- etc etc forgive me for saying this but i feel this isnt a mma show at all, and favours the stand up fighter. Ill be watching for how long we get on the floor! Regarding the shin/instep pads i feel thay do fuck all anyway and do nothing but have you tripping over yourself when fighting as they come down all the time, you keep having to adjust them in mid fight.

Any guys out there agree with me on this???
