Luke, why do you say that? Ultra Magnus is bigger than Megatron and possibly either as strong or if not more?
Also Ultra Magnus actually once KO'd Galvatron?

I dunno, but I'm sure in the Transformers film Ultra Magnus gets nominated leader when Optimus dies, then Galvatron takes out Ultra Magnus shortly after, and Megatron is similar in strength to Galvatron (although I should think Megatron would use sneaky fuckin' tactics, probably what Galvatron used).

Galvatron is never same as Megatron in power. Galavatron is basically Megatron magnified in power and insanity. I.E. Galvatron is Megatron on roids!
Ultra Magnus did KO Galvatron in the comic after getting a right beating off him. That was when Galvatron time jumped back to the 1980's and Magnus was sent to Earth from Cybertron via the Space Bridge.

Ultra Magnus also body slammed Megatron into the ground on Cybertron (in the comic) when both Optimus and Magnus went after him.
