Hi, i was wondering if gel handwraps are more/less effective that normal fabric ones, and which would you recommend buying?

get proper ones, gel ones are lazy and i dont think they do the same job at all

I agree that proper hand wraps are the way to go, gel hand wraps are lazy and no where near as effective

go for mexican style stretchy ones, 180 inch for mauy thai, or 120 inch ones for MMA
