Mario Sperry is a legend - I read quite recently in an interview with Rodrigo 'Minotauro' Nogueira - he says that Mario Sperry is the best MMA instructor he has ever trained with - says it all really...

BTW - awesome technique and details!

Always makes me laugh. In his Vale Tudo III video with Arona, he says the same thing :- "How did Arona get in my guard? I dunno, maybe I just wake up and he is in my guard..." What a horrible thought, waking up with Ricardo Arona in your guard - gives private tuition a whole new meaning!

If I ever get good enough to teach, (probably in 20 years or so if I'm lucky!) I'm going to use that quote in my classes!
