    Its not too bad with us as everybody that comes to train are either competing pro's coming to do us a favour and spar or are coming to try and join the team, i have met some great people through them doing stints at our gym.... but im wel known at the wolfslair for making all new member s feel extra welcome!!

    I am about to embark on a visit to a local gym that teaches Shinpo Bujitsu and Jeet Kune Do, what should i exspect?
