This looks quality. How would a beginner get along? Or is this place for the more advanced fighter?

I went there and had my first BJJ lesson with Chris Rees on a Wednesday night. Good bunch of lads and I'd have no worries recommending it for beginners. Even the best fighters started somewhere.

I have a training background in Shotokan (Karate) and Feng Yang Sau (A very hard, full contact Kung Fu style). Looking to get into BJJ and give MMA a proper go.

I'll pop down one Saturday morning for a session.

Is this also open as a regular Gym in the evenings? If so what is usually available when classes are happening?
