USA I don't think is a dark horse. they have looked weak in their warm-up games. England has group C wrapped up, but if you want to do the A>B, B>C, therefore A>c scenario......Slovenia finished ahead of the Czech Republic in qualifying, and the Czech's just handles the US pretty good 4-2 the other week. I wouldn't be surprized if the US finished last in the group (depending which Algeria team shows up)
